Rates and Availability:June through August (week of Coast Guard festival not available) Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, check in 3:00 PM, check out 10:00 AM
2011 Rates: 1/2 due when making reservation, balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. There is also a deposit of $500 which will be promptly returned if house is left clean, undamaged, household items are in place, and check out is prompt. Deposit is non-refundable IF we are unable to rebook in case of cancellation. |
